Refund Policy:

All sales are final.  All services are non refundable.  Please note that once you have submitted your audition along with your audition fee you no longer have the right to cancel your submission or submit a refund.  Refunds will not be provided for any audition submission fee. The Star Talent will not provide credit, refunds, or pro-rated billing for any audition submission fee.

I understand and agree that Producer has the sole discretion to make determinations of eligibility, and that Producer reserves the right to change any of the eligibility requirements at any time. Audition Videos must NOT contain material which is sexually explicit, obscene, pornographic, violent (for example, relating to murder, weapons, cruelty, abuse, etc.), discriminatory (based on race, sex, religion, national origin, physical disability, sexual orientation or age), illegal (for example, underage drinking, substance abuse, computer hacking, etc.), offensive, threatening, profane or harassing.

Will I hear back from my audition –

Due to the large volume of submissions, we are unable to acknowledge receipt of individual videos that were submitted to the show. Every video received is reviewed, but ONLY if you have been selected for further auditioning will a Producer call you to schedule your appearance for the next round of the competition.  Follow up correspondence will take place no later than 90 days from time of submission.

Here are some helpful tips to review before making your online video audition.

  • Shoot your video in a bright/well-lit setting. We want to be able to see you!
  • Do not use auto-tune apps like Smule or StarMaker.
  • Do not submit GoogleDrive links, Dropbox links, iCloud link or links to Instagram videos.

Producer makes no guarantee that all online audition videos it receives will be reviewed.

As used herein, “User” will refer to the individual who completes the data fields on the Audition Website and uploads the Audition Video. User must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and, if registering on behalf of a person under eighteen years of age (each a “Minor”), must be authorized to act on behalf of such person (i.e., a parent or guardian).

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

The Star Talent submission must be entered by a registered user of the Online Audition Website, who is at least eighteen (18) years old. If all the participants in the audition are minors in their state of residence, then The Star Talent audition video must be entered by a parent or legal guardian of a participant in the Act who has the authority to act on behalf of the other participants in the Act.

If the audition is made up of Minor(s) as of the date of submission, the audition MUST have a parent or legal guardian submit the Audition Video on the talents behalf. This of-age parent/legal guardian will register as the User, and may be asked to show proof that s/he is the parent or legal guardian to bind to the terms of these Terms and Conditions.

Actively: Information and Data Submitted by You

This Web site, www.TheStarTalent.com requests contact information (for example, your name, email and physical address) and personal information (for example, age and gender) when an individual user is either requesting more information or when registering for one of the contests and promotions offered by The Star Talent. Additionally, information requests and contest entries submitted in print or over the phone request contact, personal and interest information.
